Download WAN IP Address Utility

I created this utility because I had a need to know when my routers WAN IP address changed. There were a few utilities available, but they were either too expensive or did not do what I wanted. Simply put, this utility will run in the task bar and allows you to setup email information so when the WAN IP address on the machine it is running on changes, an email will be sent telling you the IP address changed and what the new IP address is.
